Refund Policy

At WeBreak Global OPC PVT LTD, we strive to deliver high-quality Digital Marketing, Web Development, Application Development, Social Media Management, and Ads Management services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair process for both our clients and our company.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is made within 7 days of purchasing the service.
  • The service has not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • The refund request is due to non-performance or a major service failure from our side.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.) once the campaign has started.
  • Social Media & Ads Management Services after ad setup and execution.
  • Website & App Development Services once the project has been initiated.
  • Domain & Hosting Services as these are third-party services.
  • Third-Party Software & Licenses purchased for your project.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@webreakglobal.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review your request within 7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy
  • Clients can cancel services before work begins for a full or partial refund.
  • Once work has started, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
  • If cancellation occurs due to the client’s delay in providing necessary content or approvals, no refund will be granted.
